Just 2–3 Workers per Manhole

Polymer concrete changes the economics of installation by making units light enough and complete enough to place with a very small crew.

PRC structures are up to 70% lighter than equivalent reinforced concrete, so they can be handled with a boom truck or light crane rather than heavy lifting equipment.

With no steel, zero curing time and benching and channels already integrated at the factory, much of the work that normally happens on site is eliminated.

The result is that a full manhole or chamber can be installed by just two to three workers — cutting labour cost, site time and safety risk on every unit.
